The Den + Produced by Bear

The Brand: Startups produced by BEAR and The Den merged into one online platform which provides musicians with resources to thrive with virtual private coachings from industry leading pros (think the drummer from Jason Mraz).


The Problem: The company was lacking visibility and connection with their target audience on Instagram, Facebook, and their website.


The Solution: Quench dove into their analytics and ran a detailed audit. This allowed us to pinpoint exact areas of weakness and provide strategy coaching and formal training for their digital team.


The Results: The digital team at The Den were able to easily apply our strategies and tactics. They have since steadily grown their organic following and engagement across their socials.

The Brand: A one-room, one-tank floatation spa located in the vacation destination of San Pancho, Nayarit, Mexico.


The Problem: As a US owned small business operating in a foreign country, the owner was struggling with the management of the digital presence and generating leads.


The Solution: The Float Haved became one of our fully managed clients. We developed their branding, managed the website, initiated in-depth market research, determined their target audience and buyer personas, established and managed all of their socials. 


The Results: Within 3 months of operation, The Float Haven was converting leads from Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business. By 6 months they were consistently getting 80% of their bookings directly from our online marketing efforts.

The Brand: Yoga Provider Samantha created Yoga Mend, a community of women connected by a love of movement medicine.


The Problem: Yoga Mend was at an impasse with digital growth and how to gain visibility of future online offerings.


The Solution: A 2.5 hour social media coaching session where we reviewed her analytics and audit, and compared our data to her planned offerings. We determined Yoga Mend’s goals for the next 3,6,and 12 months. Quench then laid out a complete social media strategy across key platforms to achieve her goals and set KPIs.

The Brand: Savanna Bassett is a Nashville Country-Pop recording artist.


The Problem: Limited visibility on social media and low engagement.


The Solution: Savanna became a fully managed client at Quench. We determined who her target audience is and which platforms they’re most active on. We crafted a custom analytics-informed strategy including cross-promotional tactics and community management.


The Results: Since 2017 Savanna Bassett’s account has grown organically from 1200 followers to 10,000 followers and the account’s engagement rate has increased to 1.2%.

The Brand: Because She Can is a luxury travel blog speaking to millennial women.


The Problem: The blogger was having difficulty cultivating an engaged audience on Instagram.


The Solution: Quench provided a 2.5 hour coaching session to review current community management practices and content strategy. After determining the blogger’s goals on Instagram we revamped her Instagram strategy to include captivating photos, engaging captions, and a solid engagement and community management plan.

The Results: Because She Can established a clear brand presence and strong brand authority in her niche. She has since used our strategy to craft and curate an engaging instagram feed which cultivates community and drives traffic to the blog.

The Problem: The blog had recently undergone a slight niche change and new branding, and needed to translate this onto the blog’s social channels.
